Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. IN ADDITION, WHILE ATTEMPTING TO START THE VEHICLE, IT FAILED TO START OCCASIONALLY. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL NOISE COMING FROM THE FUEL PUMP. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS ONGOING AND THE TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 70,000.
