TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 JEEP PATRIOT. WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED, AN UNUSUAL NOISE WAS HEARD UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AUTOLAND CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM (800-288-6526, LOCATED AT 170 US-22, SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, NJ 07081) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE CROSS MEMBER WAS ROTTED OUT AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 155,212.
