TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 NISSAN JUKE. WHILE DRIVING, THE TIMING BELT FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO LANDERS MCLARTY NISSAN OF HUNTSVILLE (6520 UNIVERSITY DR NW, HUNTSVILLE, AL 35806, (256) 203-8191). THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS A RECALL FOR THE TIMING BELT, BUT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE REPAIR WOULD COST $10,538. THE MANUFACTURER CONFIRMED THE CONTACT'S STATEMENT AND STATED THAT THEY COULD NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 56,000.
