WHILE ON A NEIGHBOR HOOD DRIVING AT APPROX. 35 MPH I STEERING WHILE WAS DIFFICULT TO TURN AND THEN LOCKED ITSELF IN STRAIGHT POSITION. IT IS PARKED NEXT TO HOME ON CITY CURB SIDE.
