IT'S FREEZING OUTSIDE.THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS DON'T WORK IN THE MORNING WHEN THE TEMPERATURE IS LOW. FOR OUR SAFETY WE NOT ABLE TO DRIVE THE CAR. PLEASE HELP.
