TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 FORD F-250. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE VIOLENTLY VIBRATED AND FRACTURED THE WINDSHIELD. THE VEHICLE WAS CURRENTLY AT AUTONATION FORD KATY (20777 KATY FWY, KATY, TX 77450, (281) 305-8949) WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS A POSSIBILITY THAT THE WHEELS WERE UNBALANCED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 26,000.
