TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE VEHICLE STALLED AND THE ENGINE MADE AN ABNORMAL GRINDING SOUND WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED. THE CONTACT CALLED SHARP MOTOR COMPANY (FORD DEALER) OF TENNESSEE (1516 W COLLEGE ST, PULASKI, TN 38478, (931) 363-2533) AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT BE SERVICED BECAUSE A RECALL DID NOT APPEAR ON NHTSA.GOV. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 127,000.
