Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 HONDA CR-V. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS AT DON AYRES HONDA (4740 LIMA ROAD, FORT WAYNE, IN 46808, (260) 484-0551) FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE DRIVER'S DOOR FAILED TO OPEN. THE DEALER REPLACED THE DRIVER'S DOOR LATCH MECHANISM AND STATED THAT THERE WAS A WARRANTED REPAIR FOR THE DOOR LATCH FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 46,990.
