TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SEAM ON THE DASHBOARD WAS LIFTED UP. THE CONTACT CALLED THEODORE ROBINS FORD AT (800) 494-0756 (LOCATED AT 2060 HARBOR BLVD, COSTA MESA, CA 92627) AND WAS INFORMED TO SCHEDULE A DIAGNOSTIC APPOINTMENT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO A DEALER. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 92,000.
