TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHRYSLER 300. WHEN THE CONTACT ENTERED THE VEHICLE, THE BACK OF THE SEAT FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO VICTORVILLE MOTORS (14617 CIVIC DR, VICTORVILLE, CA 92394, 760-733-8484), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE AND VIN WERE UNKNOWN. *TT*JB
