TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BATTERY FAILED IN HIS VEHICLE. ALSO, WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS OFF, THE FUEL PUMP KEPT RUNNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DOUGLAS JEEP CHRYSLER DODGE (2382 S TAMIAMI TRAIL, VENICE, FL 34293, 941-201-3363) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FUSE BOX WAS FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 82,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
