TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE STALLED AND THE STEERING SEIZED. THE CONTACT PLACED THE VEHICLE IN NEUTRAL. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED, IT OPERATED NORMALLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ELGIN CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (1010 E CHICAGO ST, ELGIN, IL 60120, (847) 697-0900), BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DETERMINED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,000.
