Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START AND THE THROTTLE BODY WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE (68142156AA) FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO HALEY CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM AIRPORT (LOCATED AT 5400 S LABURNUM AVE, RICHMOND, VA 23231, (804) 663-5337), BUT WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 51,000. *TT CONSUMER STATED PUMP WAS INSTALLED BUT PROBLEM WAS NOT RESOLVED.*JB
