Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 HONDA CR-V. WHEN THE CONTACT CHECKED THE OIL IN THE VEHICLE, IT SMELLED LIKE FUEL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO HONDA OF DANBURY (102 FEDERAL RD, DANBURY, CT 06810, 203-951-6600) TO BE DIAGNOSED, BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO THE DEALER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 5,020. *TT CONSUMER STATED RECALL WAS SERVICED ON 1-4-19 SOFTWARE UPDATE WITH A/C UNIT REPLACEMENT.*JB
