Consumer Description

THE WHEEL LOCKS WHILE DRIVING IN RAINY PUDDLES. I CAN NOT BAKE ANY TURNS DURING THIS LOCKING AND HAVE TO FORCE THE STEERING WHEEL OUT OF THE LOCK POSITION.
