Consumer Description

LOSS OF POWER STEERING. FORD CLOSED THE RECALL ON THE VEHICLE AFTER HAVING IT CHECKED BUT NOTHING HAD BEEN REPLACED. NOW VEHICLE LOSES POWER STEERING IN THE MIDDLE OF A TURN AND FORD REFUSES TO MAKE UPDATES TO REPLACE THE STEERING COLUMN OR UPDATE THE SOFTWARE. ALL AMERICAN FORD IN PARAMUS, NJ AGREED THAT MY VEHICLE SHOULD BE FIXED UNDER THE RECALL BUT FORD CORPORATION REFUSED TO REOPEN THE RECALL EVEN THOUGH NOTHING HAD EVER BEEN REPLACED OR REPAIRED UNDER THE RECALL. RECALL NUMBER IS 14S05
