TL* TAKATA RECALL. THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V384000 (AIR BAGS). THE CONTACT CALLED METRO FORD, INC AT 816-254-9800 (LOCATED AT 2860 S NOLAND RD, INDEPENDENCE, MO 64055) AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR BAG INDICATOR ILLUMINATED ON NOVEMBER 8, 2018 AND REMAINED LIT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND WAS NOT ABLE TO CONFIRM WHEN THE PARTS WERE TO BECOME AVAILABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 103,000. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
