Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHRYSLER SEBRING CONVERTIBLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO ENGAGE INTO THE DRIVE POSITION AND THE GEAR SHIFT WAS STUCK IN NEUTRAL. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER (DARCARS ORANGE PARK CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM, 7233 BLANDING BLVD, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32244, (904) 777-5500) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE SHIFTER CABLE NEEDED TO REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 101,000.
