TRAVELING DOWN HIGHWAY, SMOOTH SURFACE VIBRATION / TIRE WOBBLING AT 55 MPH. VEHICLE BROUGHT TO A STOP, VISUAL INSPECTION PERFORMED WITHOUT REMOVAL OF TIRES, NO SIGNIFICANT DEFECTS OBSERVED. LOW SPEED 20 MPH PRESENT, REMOVED TIRES ONCE HOME OBSERVED A LARGE AREA OF TIRE SEPARATION ON INNER THREAD SURFACE. PRIMEWELL VALTERA HT 265/70R17, WITH LESS THAN 20,000 MILES ON TIRES.
