Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE WOULD SUDDENLY SHUT OFF WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE COULD BE RESTARTED AFTER REMOVING THE IGNITION KEY AND RE-INSERTING IT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER THOMPSON DODGE (2158 WASHINGTON RD. THOMSON, GA) WHO WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS ALSO NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000.
