Consumer Description

FOR AT LEAST TWO YEARS NOW I BEEN GETTING RECALL LETTERS AND NO PARTS ARE AVAILABLE AND IF THIS IS A RECALL FOR SAFETY FOR MY AIRBAG AND THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM THEN THEY NEED TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ISSUE. I HAD PURCHASED THIS CAR NEW AND WAS THE ONLY OWNER WITH LOW MILES FOR YEARS ON THE CAR. I ALSO HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE POWER STEERING BOX SOME SWITCH THAT CONTROLLED THE PUMP KEPT LEAKING AND LEAKING AND I REPLACED IT AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR AND IT WAS A MANUFACTURING PART OF FORD AS I ONLY SERVICED MY CAR THERE.
