Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD ESCAPE. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO ACCELERATE FROM A STOP WITH THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL DEPRESSED, THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE CONTACT HAD TO TURN THE IGNITION OFF AND BACK ON TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE OCCURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE DEALER (GRESHAM FORD, 1999 POWELL BLVD, GRESHAM, OR 97080) WAS CONTACTED, BUT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 127,356.
