Consumer Description

ON 10/17/2018, I WAS LEAVING OUT OF MY WORKPLACE PARKING LOT, WHILE PULLING ON TO THE ROADWAY. MY SUNROOF EXPLODED SENDING GLASS ALL OVER MYSELF AND INSIDE OF MY VEHICLE AND I IMMEDIATELY PULLED OVER TO SEE A GAPING HOLE IN MY SUNROOF.
