Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 RAM 1500. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, THE TAILGATE DOOR WOULD ERRONEOUSLY OPEN. THE FAILURE WOULD OCCUR AFTER THE DOORS HAD BEEN UNLOCKED USING THE KEY FOB. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER (BEAVER COUNTY DODGE, 2761 CONSTITUTION BLVD, BEAVER FALLS, PA) WHO WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS ALSO NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,000.
