TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE AVENGER. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE HESITATED TO ACCELERATE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE SEEMED AS IF IT WOULD TURN OFF WHILE DRIVING. SAN ANTONIO DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM (11910 INTERSTATE 35 FRONTAGE RD, SAN ANTONIO, TX 78233, (210) 702-2220) DIAGNOSED THAT THE VEHICLE'S BATTERY WAS FAULTY. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE RECALL NOTICE FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V552000 (ENGINE) WAS RECEIVED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 36,000.
