TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 GMC SIERRA 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER FAILED TO FUNCTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO VARNEY BUICK GMC MAZDA (LOCATED AT 260 HOGAN RD, BANGOR, ME 04401, (866) 240-4451) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE CONDENSER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED DUE TO A CRACK. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN A RECALL AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,911.
