Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CHEVROLET MALIBU MAXX. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY AND WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO TURN LEFT OR RIGHT. DAVE HALLMAN CHEVROLET (1925 STATE STREET, ERIE, PENNSYLVANIA 16501, (877) 260-0369) WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THERE WAS NO DIAGNOSIS PERFORMED AND THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
