Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD TRANSIT. WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH, THE ENGINE MISFIRED AND THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO MULLINAX FORD OF KISSIMMEE (1810 E IRLO BRONSON MEMORIAL HWY, KISSIMMEE, FL 34744, (407) 846-6000) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE PASSENGER SIDE WINDSHIELD WIPER GROMMET LEAKED ONTO THE ENGINE, WHICH CAUSED THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 57,435.
