TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 JEEP RENEGADE. WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED AND THE SERVICE ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO LANDERS MCLARTY DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM (6533 UNIVERSITY DR NW, HUNTSVILLE, AL 35806, 256-830-6450) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT AN UPDATE WAS NEEDED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: 35057431. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 11,800. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
