Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 LEXUS LS460. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS ON AND IN THE PARK POSITION, THE "CHECK VEHICLE SYSTEM, STOP VEHICLE IN A SAFE PLACE IMMEDIATELY", CHECK ENGINE, AND BRAKE SYSTEM WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO STARKS TOYOTA (4855 US-501, MYRTLE BEACH, SC 29579, 843-236-2161) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE BRAKE ACTUATOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS OUT OF WARRANTY. NO ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 72,034.
