TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE. WHILE DRIVING 15 MPH, THE STEERING SEIZED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER TO BE DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY OR RECALLS. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 88,000.
