TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 FORD F-250. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS RUST ASSOCIATED WITH THE FUEL STRAPS, WHICH FRACTURED AND CAUSED THE FUEL TANK TO HANG. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE MANUFACTURER RECALL CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 11S21, ALTHOUGH THE FAILURE WAS IDENTICAL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
