STEERING GETS VERY TIGHT AT TIMES AT ALL SPEEDS. SUSPECTED THAT ELECTRONIC STEERING ASSIST MECHANISM IS BAD. THIS PART WAS RECALLED IN 2015 FOR FAILURES.
