Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 GMC SIERRA 1500. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE AT VERY LOW SPEEDS AND WHILE PULLING INTO A PARKING SPACE, THE BRAKES SUDDENLY MALFUNCTIONED. THE FAILURE CAUSED THE BRAKE PEDAL TO EXTEND TO THE FLOOR AND THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT IMMEDIATELY STOP. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON SIX SEPARATE OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER (MARSHALL CHEVROLET, 1601 S. STATE ST, JERSEYVILLE, IL), BUT THE FAILURE WAS UNABLE TO BE DUPLICATED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,500.
