TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TAILGATE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS SERVICED AT CHARLIE'S DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM (725 ILLINOIS AVE, MAUMEE, OH 43537, (419) 893-0241). THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED PER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V486000 (STRUCTURE, LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES), BUT THE REMEDY FAILED TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE TAILGATE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED AFTER THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 19,572.
