Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD ESCAPE. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE ENGINE SEIZED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO BE RESTARTED AFTER APPROXIMATELY THIRTY MINUTES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO NAZARETH FORD (4067 JANDY BLVD, NAZARETH, PA 18064, 866-601-7744) FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING, BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THEY WOULD LOOK INTO THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 122,000.
