I AM REQUESTING THAT THE DOT NHTSA INVESTIGATE THE DOOR ACTUATOR FAILURE ON MY 2014 FORD F150. THE DRIVERS SIDE DOOR ACTUATOR HAS FAILED. DOOR WILL NOT UNLOCK AND CANNOT BE OPENED MANUALLY USING THE INSIDE HANDLE, OUTSIDE DOOR HANDLE, NOR WITH A KEY. DOOR WILL NOT UNLOCK USING THE REMOTE NOR KEYPAD. DRIVER MUST ENTER AND EXIT THE VEHICLE USING THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR. I PURCHASED NEW ON 4/8/15 AND HAS 73,258 MILEAGE. THE VIN IS [XXX]. MY PHONE NUMBER IS [XXX] IF YOU NEED ANY FURTHER INFORMATION.
