VEHICLE WILL NOT ACCELERATE, APPEARS TO SLOW DOWN, CAUSING ISSUES ON HIGHWAY. PRESSING THE FUEL PEDAL DOES NOT APPEAR TO WORK; FUEL PEDAL TOUCHING FLOORBOARD AND VEHICLE STILL WILL NOT ACCELERATE.
