TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE CHARGER. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED, THE STEERING WHEEL WAS DIFFICULT TO TURN LEFT AND RIGHT. IN ADDITION, THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER WARNING INDICATORS WERE FLASHING AND THE "SERVICE POWER STEERING" MESSAGE WAS DISPLAYED. THE CONTACT CALLED THE LOCAL DEALER (HEGGS CHRYSLER DODGE RAM, 6130 E AUTO PARK DRIVE, MESA, AZ 85206, (480) 565-5627), BUT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 110,000.
