Consumer Description

THE TRANSMISSION GEAR SHIFT LEVER INTERLOCK RETURN SPRING HOOK IS BROKEN CAUSING AN INABILITY TO MOVE THE GEAR SHIFT LEVER OUT OF THE PARK POSITION. THIS IS DANGEROUS AS VEHICLE CAN NOT BE MOVED. CHRYSLER HAS ISSUED A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION NOTIFICATION K39 FOR SOME VIN'S BUT NOT ALL - EVEN THOUGH UNLISTED VIN'S HAVE THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM.
