TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHRYSLER 300. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS AT AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE, THE MECHANIC FOUND A LEAK IN THE OIL FILTER HOUSING UNIT THAT NEEDED REPLACEMENT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 46,277.
