Consumer Description

RIGHT FRONT BALL JOINT FELL OFF THE CAR AS I WAS ABOUT TO CHANGE THE TIRE. MY NEIGHBOR WITNESSED THE EVENT. HE SAID HE HAD NEVER SEEN SUCH A THING IN 40+ YEARS. I HAD TO RENT A PRESS TO REATTACH. EARLIER IN THE DAY, MY WIFE HAD MENTIONED SHE HEARD A SQUEAKING NOISE WHEN SHE TURNED THE STEERING WHEEL. THANK THE HEAVENS WE WERE NOT DRIVING THE CAR WHEN IT HAPPENED.
