TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 JEEP RENEGADE. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS ON DIFFERENT OCCASIONS, THE VEHICLE INADVERTENTLY ACCELERATED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BRAKE PEDAL NEEDED TO BE DEPRESSED FIRMLY TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ARRIGO DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM WEST PALM BEACH (6500 OKEECHOBEE BLVD, WEST PALM BEACH, FL 33411, (561) 257-5198) AND TEST DRIVEN, BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 19,000. THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE INTERMITTENTLY STOPPED RESPONDING TO THE RELEASING OF THE GAS PEDAL. *JS *TR *JS *JS *JS
