TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V332000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL). RIVERHEAD CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (624 W MAIN STREET, RIVERHEAD, NY) REFUSED TO PERFORM THE REPAIR BECAUSE THE VEHICLE WAS NOT PURCHASED FROM THEM, AND ALSO THE PART WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
