Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD TRANSIT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FIFTH ROW SEAT DETACHED FROM THE VEHICLE ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER (SANDERS FORD INC., 1135 LEJEUNE BLVD, JACKSONVILLE, NC 28540, (888) 512-4838) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE SEAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 44,455.
