Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 BUICK ENCLAVE. WHEN THE DEFROSTER WAS ACTIVATED, IT FAILED TO CLEAR THE WINDOWS AND WINDSHIELD. ALSO, WHEN THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS ACTIVATED, COLD AIR BLEW THROUGH THE VENTS FOR 45 MINUTES FOLLOWED BY HOT AIR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO MURPHY AUTO SALES (812 N WILLIAM KUMPF BLVD, PEORIA, IL 61605, (309) 676-4241), BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURES COULD NOT BE DETERMINED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 178,475.
