SITTING IN TRAFFIC AND WHEN I GO TO TAKE OFF NO POWER. ENGINE IS STILL RUNNING BUT NO POWER TO GO. TURN ENGINE OFF START IT BACK UP PUT IT IN DRIVE AND IT GO'S JUST FINE.
