Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 60 MPH, THE VEHICLE MISFIRED AND STALLED. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THE TECHNICIAN REPLACED THE SPARK PLUGS AND THE COILS. BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ANOTHER INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE TECHNICIAN CALLED WOODHOUSE FORD AT 402-574-2759 (LOCATED AT 3633 N 72ND ST, OMAHA, NE 68134), BUT THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY ASSISTANCE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 154,000.
