TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET EXPRESS. WHILE THE PASSENGER SEAT WAS OCCUPIED, THE AIR BAG WARNING INDICATOR TURNED ON AND OFF. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO HOBSON CHEVROLET BUICK GMC (655 W SOUTHVIEW DR, MARTINSVILLE, IN 46151, (765) 894-4163), BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DETERMINED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,241.
