Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 FORD EXPLORER. WHILE ON A ROAD TRIP, THE PASSENGER IN THE VEHICLE SUFFERED FROM SEVERE HEADACHES AND NAUSEA. MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS NOT REQUIRED. THE CONTACT WAS CONCERNED THAT IT COULD HAVE BEEN ATTRIBUTED TO CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO FORD LINCOLN OF FRANKLIN (1129 MURFREESBORO RD, FRANKLIN, TN) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD WAS CRACKED AND NEEDED TO BE RESEALED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 9,000.
